Please be specific in case if you have any excess, heavy or odd size baggage with you.

Our representative will give you a price quote first and provide you the confirmation number than you may fill the above form as per your itinerary.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover/Novus, American Express and Traveler's Check or you may pay via PayPal for your convenience. Please note that your fare will be assessed $ 5.00 convenience fee per $100.00 fare.

Card Verification Code: For VISA, Discover, Mastercard use the last THREE digits printed in the signature area on the BACK of the card. For American Express use the FOUR numbers above in front of card numbers.

San Francisco International Airport Boarding Instructions:

When you have your baggage and are ready for Ground Transportation at San Francisco International Airport, go to the Courtyards listed below, Air-Transit Shuttle® will board passengers within 5-15 minutes upon receiving your call to our Dispatcher at 510-568-3434 or Toll Free: 1-866-568-3434 for airport pick ups at designated area.

Terminal # 1: Air Tran, Alaska (Domestic & Canada Flights), Allegiant, America West, Continental, Delta, Frontier, Hawaiian, Horizon, Northwest (Domestic), Southwest, and US Airways AIRLINES.

Boarding Area: Courtyard # 1 (same area as Charter Buses Boarding). From Baggage Level (Level 1) go out from the baggage claim doors and turn LEFT, follow the curb toward the beginning of the building until you reach a small parking area with the sign indicating "Courtyard #1".

Terminal # 3: (Air Canada, American, Midwest, United Airlines and United Express)
Boarding Area: "Courtyard # 4" (same area as Charter Buses Boarding). From Baggage Level (Level 1), go out from the baggage claim doors and turn RIGHT, follow the curb toward to the end of the building until you reach a small parking area with the sign indicating "Courtyard # 4".

International Terminal: Alaska (Mexico Flights), Jet Blue (Domestic), Sun Country, United (Int'l), Virgin America (Domestic), WestJet and all other International Airlines. 

Boarding Area: "Courtyard # G" (same area as Charter Buses Boarding). From Custom or Baggage Level (Level 2), go out from the Custom doors and turn RIGHT, take escalator or elevator down to Level 1, look for a sign indicating "Bus Courtyard #G".

Oakland International Airport                  Boarding Instructions:

When you have your baggage and are ready for Ground Transportation at Oakland International Airport, go to the Door to Door Reservation Shuttle Stops listed below. Air-Transit Shuttle® will board passengers within 5-15 minutes upon receiving your call to our Dispatcher at 510-568-3434 or Toll Free: 1-866-568-3434 for airport pick ups. We do not provide wheel chair accessible vehicle to accommodate any passenger with disability. Please note that passengers who qualify as senior citizens are only allowed for boarding near baggage claim area by Airport Officials. Please let us know of your such needs while making your reservation with us.

Terminal # 1 (All major airlines except Southwest Airlines)
Boarding Area: Go out from the baggage door, cross the street through pedestrian crossing & go to the "Fourth Island". Turn RIGHT and look for a bus shelter Booth # 4B indicating "Door to Door Reservations". Be sure to inform the curb coordinator that you have a reservation with Air-Transit Shuttle®.

Terminal # 2 (Southwest Airlines)
Boarding Area: Go out from the baggage door, Turn LEFT, cross the street through pedestrian crossing & go to the "Fourth Island". Turn LEFT and look for a bus shelter Booth # 4G indicating "Door to Door Reservations". Be sure to inform the curb coordinator that you have a reservation with Air-Transit Shuttle®. 

Mineta San Jose International Airport
Boarding Instructions:

When you have your baggage and are ready for Ground Transportation at San Jose International Airport, go to the Door to Door "Pre-arranged reservation" Shuttle Stops listed below. Air-Transit Shuttle® will board passengers within 5-15 minutes upon receiving your call to our Dispatcher at 510-568-3434 or Toll Free: 1-866-568-3434 for airport pick ups.

Terminal # A (American, Continental, Hawaiian, Jet Blue, Mexicana, United, US Airways and Volaris).
Boarding Area: Go out from the baggage door, turn LEFT and look for a sign commercial shuttle/Taxi Stand. Be sure to inform the Taxi Stand coordinator that you have a "Pre-arranged reservation" with Air-Transit Shuttle®.

Terminal # B (Alaska/Horizon, Delta, Southwest Airlines).
Boarding Area: Ground Transportation Center is located across the street from the Terminal B baggage claim area. Please look for a sign commercial shuttle/Taxi Stand. Be sure to inform the Taxi Stand coordinator that you have a "Pre-arranged reservation" with Air-Transit Shuttle®.
