When you have your baggage and are ready for Ground Transportation at San Francisco International Airport, go to the Courtyards listed below, Air-Transit Shuttle® will board passengers within 5-15 minutes upon receiving your call to our Dispatcher at 510-568-3434 or Toll Free: 1-866-568-3434 for airport pick ups at designated area.
Terminal # 1: Air Tran, Alaska, Delta (Domestic), Frontier, Hawaiian, Horizon, Southwest, and US Airways AIRLINES.
Boarding Area: Courtyard # 1 (same area as Charter Buses Boarding). From Baggage Level (Level 1) go out from the baggage claim doors and turn LEFT until you reach a small parking area where the sign is marked "Courtyard #1".
Terminal # 2: American Airlines and Virgin America.
Boarding Area: Courtyard # 3 (same area as
Charter Buses Boarding). From Baggage Level (Level 1) go out from the
baggage claim doors and turn RIGHT until you reach a small parking area where the sign is marked "Courtyard #3".
Terminal # 3: Continental Airlines, United Airlines (Domestic) and United Express.
Boarding Area: "Courtyard # 4" (same area as Charter Buses Boarding). From Baggage Level (Level 1), go out from the baggage claim doors and turn RIGHT until you reach a small parking where the sign is marked "Courtyard # 4".

Oakland International Airport Boarding Instructions:
When you have your baggage and are ready for Ground Transportation at Oakland International Airport, go to the Door to Door Reservation Shuttle Stops listed below. Air-Transit Shuttle® will board passengers within 5-15 minutes upon receiving your call to our Dispatcher at 510-568-3434 or Toll Free: 1-866-568-3434 for airport pick ups. We do not provide wheel chair accessible vehicle to accommodate any passenger with disability. Please note that passengers who qualify as senior citizens are only allowed for boarding near baggage claim area by Airport Officials. Terminal # 2: SOUTHWEST AIRLINES. Boarding Area: Go out from the baggage door, Turn LEFT, cross the street through pedestrian crossing & go to the "Third Island". Turn LEFT and look for a bus shelter Booth # 3F indicating "Door to Door Reservations". Be sure to inform the curb coordinator that you have a reservation with Air-Transit Shuttle®.

Terminal # B: Alaska - Horizon, Delta, and Southwest Airlines. Boarding Area: Ground Transportation Center is located at the center island, across the street from the Terminal B
